We use Royal Mail 48hr shipping, for all orders except bakery items which are shipped with next day delivery. There is a processing time of 2-4 business days, but we usually get orders sent out as soon as possible.

As a small business, we can't offer free returns on all return requests, despite that, if there are any issues or faults on our end we will cover the cost and get the issue sorted quickly and to the best of our abilities.
